E-608 foiling is tracked monthly in the PTM. No fouling has been observed in E-608 and action can be closed out as per his note. Below is a summary: E-608 is the reboiler for C-603(DEG column). This reboiler was cleaned during June 2021 with majority of foulant found at the bottom cover. Based on the trends of Heat transfer co-efficient and PV/MV ratio of E-608, there is not strong evidence that indicates the reboiler fouling. Current heat exchanger performance is influenced by process changes (intentional) and is responding as expected. Amarnath's note is attached.
